I took my TESLA to get much needed work done after a huge hail storm hit Oklahoma and Juan was AMAZING from start to finish! I drove from Oklahoma to drop the car off and then had to fly out of town for work so it was very important for the car to be completed upon my return. It was! Juan even added a free interior and exterior detail! The job was very well done and the price beat out EVERY shop in Oklahoma! Lastly, the communication was superb. I will definitely always bring my Tesla’s to Auto Centrix! Thank you so much Juan and the rest of the crew! You guys are AMAZING!!!!

UPDATE: It's been almost four years now and it was time to trade in my Model S for a newer model. I never buy new cars, so I headed back to Auto Centrix again. They gave be a better trade in value than other dealers were offering, and had a beautiful newer Model S Long Range that was perfect for my needs. I got the extended unlimited mileage warranty as well. I bought the warranty for the first model S and was glad I did. Several things needed to be handled over the years that made the warranty pay for itself, but it's better now since it is 5 years and unlimited miles. I look forward to working with Mike again on my next purchase. This has easily been the best car buying experience for us. Their Tesla selection is great and we found exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted. No sales pressure at all and their financing beat my bank's rate.

I had a fantastic experience with Auto Centrix as a whole, and especially with Ed who was my sale rep. After doing research online on older Teslas, Auto Centrix as a company, and speaking with Ed for several hours over the phone (even getting on FaceTime for an hour to test drive a vehicle I was interested in), I flew in from out of state to come in person and make a purchase. I absolutely loved the business model as was polar opposite from my experience with used dealer lots from before, it truly is an undealer, great prices from what I saw compared to the private market (no overpriced sticker price you have to negotiate from), there really were no hidden costs they try and tack on when you get to the paperwork, and everyone was very friendly. Also appreciate feeling no pressure from Ed to purchase, even being given full allowance to switch my deposit to a different vehicle if one arrived that I was more interested in. Side notes: I chose to go with the deposit option because a few vehicles I was interested in got sold, I was coming from out of state, and this was after the hour conversation with FaceTime test drive Ed did with me where he thoroughly inspected the car I was interested in as if he were the one buying it. Also, Ed also test drove another car I was interested in and highlighted a concern right away that I ultimately decided was not something I wanted to deal with so we moved on. I got to know Ed pretty well throughout the 2-week shopping process and his integrity, attention to detail, transparent communication, professionalism, and customer service are all to be highly commended. He went above and beyond for me in little ways that showed he’s really enjoying what he’s doing and cares about doing good business. Thank you Ed and Auto Centrix. I’ve already driven my high-mileage Tesla over a thousand miles since we purchased it, and my family has loved every minute of it. Thank you and highly recommend to anyone interested in a used Tesla or EV.

This was the best surprise i could have asked for, after dealing with Car dealerships in North East. (am from Philly) I was looking for Tesla Model S, Found this Car Online.
